Rácskert by now is a touristy light venue with a rather non-conventional garden, open air flee markets, food trucks, and folk music evenings.
7-8 years ago it was a wood-yard / depot. Many open spaces originally bombed away buildings from WW 2 (1944-1945 winter for Hungary) were only later around 2000-2005 repurposed!
