Marta Domachowska
Ranked world No. 37 in singles (2006) and No. 62 in doubles (2006), and reached 2008 Australian Open fourth round in singles and won the Canberra International in doubles with Roberta Vinci in 2006. She also reached three WTA Tour singles finals at the 2004 Korea Open (lost to Maria Sharapova), 2005 Internationaux de Strasbourg (lost to Anabel Medina Garrigues) and 2006 U.S. National Indoor Championships (lost to Sofia Arvidsson). She was 2003 Australian Open semi-finalist in girls' singles, represented Poland at the 2008 Summer Olympics and was member of Poland Fed Cup team. Domachowska was the best female Polish tennis player after Magdalena Grzybowska's retirement and before Agnieszka Radwańska's successes.

In the 2008 Australian Open, she achieved her best grand slam result, reaching the fourth round, before she lost to Venus Williams. Due to this result, Domachowska returned to the top 100 (at No. 82). Domachowska also represented Poland in the singles draw at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she lost in the first round. She finished year at No. 56.[1] In 2009 in singles, she lost in the first round of all four Grand Slam tournaments, including the US Open as a qualifier. Domachowska, however, did manage to reach the singles quarterfinals of Istanbul. In December 2015, she retired from professional tennis. She later went into coaching assistant activities, becoming the hitting partner of Caroline Wozniacki in 2014.

In July 2024, she set a Polish national U20 record, and an U20 world leading time, of 36.82 seconds for the 300 metres, in Warsaw. That month, she won the Polish U20 400 metres title in Radom in 2024. In winning the individual race, she also ran a personal best of 52.98 seconds. At the championships, she was also part of the team that set a new Polish club U20 record in the women’s 4 × 100 m relay and won the 4x400 metres relay. She was a silver medalist at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in the Mixed 4 × 400 metres relay in August 2024. At the Games, she also placed fourth in the final of the women’s 4x400 metres relay. In July 2025, she won the Polish under-20 title over 200 metres and also finished runner-up in the 100 metres. She was a bronze medalist with the Polish women 4 x 100 metres relay team at the 2025 European Athletics U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland.
