Hildur is an Icelandic-Iranian music industry executive, artist manager, and co-founder of OPIA Community, a record label, traveling festival series, and creative platform rooted in collaboration and care. With more than two decades of experience across artist, event, and label management, she has worked with major music institutions including Universal Music Group and Roskilde Festival, and is part of the management team for acclaimed composer and producer Ólafur Arnalds.

A graduate of Berklee College of Music’s Global Entertainment and Music Business program, Hildur has built a multifaceted international career spanning campaign leadership, label strategy, and live experiences that bridge creative exploration with long-term community building.

Based in Copenhagen, she continues to shape global music culture through artist development, innovative events, and collaborative platforms that bring music to audiences around the world.

R. Michael Hendrix is the co-author of Two Beats Ahead: What Musical Minds Teach Us About Innovation, written with Panos A. Panay, President of the Recording Academy, presenter of the GRAMMYs. The book explores the creative mindsets of musicians and cultural leaders and how those practices translate into innovation, leadership, and sustainable creative careers.
