BrieflyIt was the life of a Mugler showgirl at Miguel Castro Freitas’s SS26 debut At Paris Fashion Week,
the Portuguese designer honoured showgirls past and present in the first part of a new catwalk trilogy
European photography is relatively unknown to Japan: with 27 member states, EU offers exquisite variety of creative force. Likewise, Japanese photographic community seeks for more connection with the world. The festival brings the diverse European talent to the cityscape of Tokyo, fosters new professional and creative opportunities for European and Japanese artists.
Exhibitions
More than 10 artists and 200 artworks exhibited in public spaces of Tokyo - from construction site walls to parking lots - exploring new forms of display. Thus creating a walkable map of European creativity. All exhibitions are free.
Events
Full week of events - kicking-off with Opening Ceremony and Press Preview, flowing to Photojournalism Awards, Panel Talks and Art Auction for Ukraine. Every other minute is fillef with networking events for photographers and art professionals.
