SEEDS Iceland, in collaboration with Plastic Oceans and Loft, invites you to a three-day festival dedicated to our oceans, forests, and the urgent environmental issues shaping our planet.

18th September – 17:00 to 19:00
'Salmon Secrets' & 'El Plumo'
Both documentaries shed light on how our consumption habits and industrial exploitation are severely damaging marine ecosystems.
After the screening, we will welcome activists from the Icelandic Wildlife Fund and other experts to share their perspectives and lead a discussion on the threats facing our oceans and what we can do about it.

'Territory of Puloui'
This powerful film explores the deep connection between water, identity, and survival, highlighting the crucial role of Indigenous voices in global environmental conversations. Afterward, our amazing SEEDS volunteers will facilitate a lively and intimate debate, offering a space to reflect and exchange ideas.

'Bhutan: Green Paradise in Danger' & 'The Shot List'
Bhutan: Green Paradise in Danger reveals the imminent threats of climate change in one of the world’s most climate-resilient nations.
The Shot List follows two wildlife photographers on their journey to capture Alaska’s brown bears during the Great Salmon Run. After the screening everyone is invited to share their reflections, ideas and teachings about the movies, this exchange moment will be facilitated by SEEDS volunteers.

Admission: Free of charge! Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
